About the event

A. CRITERIA TO REGISTER for this specialty module: This module is ONLY OPEN to those who have completed these two DPS ethics trainings within the last five (5) years: Part #1 (writing session notes that are ethical and efficient) and Part #2 (enhancing your consent form and process). This page describes our refund policy if you register for this event and are not eligible to attend. NOTE: To avoid any perceived conflict of interest, students currently enrolled in the University of Lethbridge counsellor education programs and staff/faculty working here are asked not to register for this DPS training.


B. TOPICS: This specialty ethics module will address a few main areas: Many complex consent and documentation challenges can arise when counselling parents/guardians and their youth. This jam-packed advanced ethics module aims to address these issues. Specifically, this specialty ethics module will cover such topics but not limited to
